Joy! Doesn't she look full of joy? This is a painting I did for my daughter. The photo was taken by her uncle when she was 14 and had gone to visit in Texas. The beach is in Galveston and as you can tell, she had a ball. This girl is naturally upbeat and happy.

Sometimes when I'm out of ideas of what to paint, I take the advice of another artist who said, "paint what you see" and so I paint my family and where I live. It's what I know best.

What inspires you to create or dream? I'd love to hear about it! You'll inspire me with your inspiration!

Ever so truly yours,
AnaBanana
